CM Punjab Green Tractor Scheme: Eligibility Criteria, Application Procedure and Terms and Conditions
Chief Minister of Punjab Maryam Nawaz has initiated the Punjab Green Tractor Scheme 2024-25 to help farmers. She announced that farmers will get PKR 10 lakhs discount on tractors of 50 to 85 horsepower, manufactured in Pakistan. After a suggestion from Prime Minister Mohammad Nawaz Sharif, the number of tractors in the scheme has been increased to 9,500 for the whole of Punjab. The Chief Minister also said that the first part of the scheme should be finished in one year.
The farmers who own land between 1 to 50 Acres can apply till October 10, 2014.
Eligibility Criteria for CM Punjab Green Tractor Scheme
To apply for CM Punjab Green Tractor Scheme, the candidate must fulfill the following criteria:
- The applicant must own farmland between 5 and 50 acres in Punjab.
- Not have taken a tractor loan from any previous scheme(s).
- The age of applicant should be between 18 to 55 years.
- The applicant should be a resident of Punjab with a valid CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card).
- Have a clean financial record, meaning no unpaid agricultural loans or dues from past government programs.

The farmers are advised to choose their preferred tractor model carefully while applying for the scheme because it cannot be changed later.
How to Apply for CM Punjab Green Tractor Scheme?
To apply for the Green Tractor Scheme, interested candidates should follow these steps:
- Visit the online application link: https://gts.punjab.gov.pk/home.
- Fill out the application form carefully by entering your CNIC number and mobile phone number.
- Choose your preferred tractor brand and model.
- Select the horsepower (50 to 85 HP).
- Agree to the terms and conditions, then submit your application.

Make sure to submit the completed form with the following documents:
- A copy of your CNIC
- Proof of land ownership (like a fard or mutation document)
